International Business Development Consultant Intern (Remote)
Job Summary:
The International Business Development Consultant will play a key role in our continued successful development and will contribute to evolving strategies for future international growth, which consist of all International markets. Business development managers will help in improving and growing the business, by establishing and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners.
  • Identifying and executing new opportunities in international markets that will enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit
  • Conduct research to identify new international business development opportunities in
  • international markets, this is to include identifying new potential partners or acquisitions overseas
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and on applications dedicated to satisfy customer needs
  • Provide strategic advice to the Director to meet organizational budgeting and approval processes
  •  Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  • Attend Fairs, Conferences, Open Events, Information sessions, Exhibitions, both internally and externally as requested.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customers’ objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  •  Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

Any other duties assigned by management

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Proven working experience in international business development, international sales
  •  executive or a relevant role
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage a high volume of work
  • An inquisitive open mind and the ability to think outside of the box
  • A determined, agile, pragmatic and patient approach to problem solving.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to receive and execute instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business development or business management or any other related qualification
  • 3 Years working experience
